Terms of Service for Paula's Yoga for Life Effective Date: 2 April 2025 Welcome to Paula's Yoga for Life! By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before engaging with our website, live classes, retreats, or online courses. 1. General Information Paula's Yoga for Life provides yoga classes, retreats, and online courses. These terms govern your use of our services, including bookings, payments, and participation in our offerings. 2. Booking and Payment All bookings for live classes, retreats, and online courses must be made through our online booking platform. Payments are required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Class packs are available for purchase: 3 classes at £18 each 5 classes at £17 each 10 classes at £14 each Retreat bookings require a 20% non-refundable deposit. Refunds for cancellations are only provided if your spot is resold. 3. Cancellations and Refunds Live Classes: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or receive a credit. No-shows or late cancellations will not be refunded. Online Courses: Due to the digital nature of the content, no refunds will be issued once the course has been accessed. Retreats: Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds for the balance will only be issued if your spot is resold. 4. Use of Online Content All content provided in our online courses, including videos, written materials, and resources, is for personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without prior written consent. 5. Health and Safety Disclaimer Yoga and meditation involve physical activity. By participating in our classes or courses, you acknowledge that you are in good physical health and able to engage in such activities. Always consult your doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions. Paula's Yoga for Life is not responsible for any injuries sustained during participation in our classes, retreats, or courses. 6. Intellectual Property All content, branding, and materials provided by Paula's Yoga for Life are the intellectual property of Paula's Yoga for Life. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited. 7. Code of Conduct We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants. Disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour during live classes, retreats, or online forums will not be tolerated. Paula's Yoga for Life reserves the right to remove participants who violate this code of conduct without a refund. 8. Privacy Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. 9. Changes to Services Paula's Yoga for Life reserves the right to modify or cancel classes, retreats, or courses as necessary. In the event of a cancellation initiated by us, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund. 10. Limitation of Liability Paula's Yoga for Life is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. 11. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
